Is that addiction ? Ya

I was just on a ten day vacation and visit with family 11 hours away . I took the bus seeing it was the cheapest form of transportation these days . Their were break stops every three hours to accommodate passenger needs to stretch , to use the facilities , to buy food , use the restroom etc . Smokers never change . Breaks are to smoke . What was so stressful they had to smoke ?

                   Addiction 

One of the bus drivers smoked . We were twenty minutes behind schedule . Shortening  two of those breaks the driver would have made him only ten minutes late . Was driving really that stressful ; was being off schedule that stressful or was it : 

                   Addiction 

Addiction causes stress . Addiction makes you feel anxious . Ya ?

Addiction is not a solution bringing you money or giving you less worry . Ya ?  

If you hate how you are feeling without them or hate that that craving you are having right now is gut wrenching uncomfortable …. Its: 

                    Addiction  

And you don't beat addiction with addiction and you don’t think that addiction is a solution and you don't smoke because you quit and when you quit you begin changing the behaviour of addiction . 

                     

My eleven hour bus ride even with a twenty minute delay was anxiety and stress free . 
         I didn’t thirst for my past addiction , I enjoyed the ride because I didn’t think about 

                      Addiction 

If you are tired and want to give up, don’t 

If you think you can’t do it , do it just for today

Push through ; push past ;  push forward

Addiction is worth starving today . Quitting is “stress freeing and life building “. It may not make life stress free but then does anyone have a stress free life ? No . 
Should you be stressed about your next  vacation ? Ya ? Should you be anxious thinking ?ya? Worried about how many packs should you buy or if enough room to pack them or a place to smoke them .. or time to smoke them , no ..of course not . 
        
            THATS ADDICTION .

    Break the cycle that feeds it .Change the behaviours that feed it with your actions .
