As a woman who is pre-diabetic with a family history of diabeties, I often look for articles that provide information to me. It appears that the article linked below gives us some information about how dangerous weight gain can be when quitting smoking.
I expect to eat more and understand the importance of exercise, but additionally, have to be aware of how much weight I gain in order to prevent full-blown diabeties and other health risks.
