Im trying to quit

Ok so I have decided to give it another try. January 26 of last year my dad had a massive heart attack and the doctors told him it was due to smoking that was like a wakeup call to me and i tried to quit then. i used the patch and quit for about three days. I smoke a pack in about 2 days so im not a heavy smoker but i still need to quit. i have 2 children that i want to see grow up get married and have children and i know by smoking i am taking the chance that i wont get to see that happen. Just hopeing this time im strong enough to stick with it.
