Im Scared!

Hello everyone, just joined the community and today is day one of quitting. I am 53 years old and been smoking since I was 14. Had a heart attack two years ago now due to smoking. And guess what came out hospital and still smoking. What a crazy habit this is!

Any help or suggestions of what to use that helps us greatly appreciated
