I am on my home from church and there was this little dog, maybe 10 lbs, criss crossing back and forth across a main road. He looked like he didn't know what a car was. I pulled my Highlander over to the side and stopped traffic going both ways. I would not let anyone drive the road because the dog was scared and wouldn't let me catch him. So anyways I am running up and down the road trying to catch the poor baby. He ran off a good distance from the road so I got in my car and started to drive away and he comes back into the road. I stopped again and stopped all the traffic and finally with the help of a lady and her daughter we caught her. They were going to take the dog to their house and call the people. I was about 12 miles from home and the dog was from the county where we found him. By the time I got home, I was exhausted. I will not leave a stray dog on the loose.
