After 40 years of slavery to the damned Cancer Sticks and a half dozen failed attempts at trying emphasis on trying otherwise one of those failed attempts would've stuck! I smoked roughly 30 a day BUT each time I'd relapse I think I even smoked a little more ugh! The last relapse took me 20 years to quit smoking again I'm finally living MY FOREVER QUIT! 😁 I used to think I'd probably be buried with a cigarette in my hand! A couple of my relapses were due to alcohol thinking awww just ONE smoke would be okay well geesh it wasn't!!!! I've actually got over 11 years of sobriety NOW YAY and I'm heading for 8 years of smobriety in July as long as we're willing determined and totally committed to succeed THEN we can AND will be  successful in living a life of Freedom!          The CHOICE is Ours!!!

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
