Day 5 since I quit cold turkey. WOW! this has by far been the hardest thing I've ever done!! BUT, I am making it. Sometimes I'm not sure I will, and I know I wouldn't if it weren't for the support I've surrounded myself with. Day 4 was not any better for me like I had hoped, felt a lot like day 3. It's still early, but today does seem like it's going to be much better! Thank god because I can really use it! 🙂 Hope all my fellow EX's are hanging in there too!
