Ok I need to own and and admitt I slipped and started smoking again after a month of being nonsmoker. I feel like a failure and etc. about it,
I am gonna pull myself out of this pity party and start all over again. I have set a new date for January 1st. I am starting at the beginning and hopefully that will help. I know that i will be going over someof the material I went over before but maybe that is what I need to do.
I am wondering if anyone is willing to help by being a buddy. I have asked for help from my family and some friends and they are of no help at all. I think I need some new friends. As for family well I can't chose them.
