Hello all, well tomorrow is my quit date and I am already getting really depressed about it.  I started to change my smoking behavior at first and then I just thought I should smoke as much as I can before my quit date... well my quit date is here.  I'm reallly excited to stop but I've tried so many times and somehow I always smoke again, I wish I could go to some deserted island without cigarettes for a month, but I live in the real world like everyone else.  I'm a vegeterian so I looked up a recipe for a juice detox to help, but I don't know if that would be good or not  because I will only being juicing for a whole weekend, I don't know if that would cause more stress or not, plus tomorrow is my partners birthday and I don't want to be a crazy maniac on his special day and he's a smoker too.  Im already trying to talk myself out of my quit date but my exscuses goes on and on,   Monday I start a new semester in school and my nicotine saturated brain is telling me, oh just stop when you graduate and get your degree, well that's not for another 2 years. I am so sorry im babbling on, anyways whoever took the time to read all this nonsense .. thankyou and if you have any suggestions or any deserted islands I can live on just let me know :0
