keep sticking with ~ N.O.P.E ~ Not One Puff Ever ~ AND Vigilance everyone because it's definitely the best gift that any of us for giving ourselves the Gift of LIFE! We MUST keep moving forward in the rough times as well as the good times! LIFE happens BUT relapsing isn't an option EVER ~ N.M.W ~ No Matter what! My hubby Mark and I are heading out shortly on roughly a two hour drive for my appointment with the orthopedic surgeon on my ankle I'm so thankful that I won't smell like a stinky old ashtray because of being nervous chain smoking the whole way! WHEW NOT Anymore because I don't do that anymore AND neither do you right!? I can actually handle life's stressors so much easier living LIFE on LIFE'S terms without that horrid Crutch! It definitely wasn't easy at times in the early stages of my quit BUT it sure as HELL was and is worth it! YAY for each and every one of us for giving ourselves the Gift of LIFE!
