Once we bite the bullet and take back our lives from the clutches of the horrid nicotine poison THEN we MUST keep our quits in ~ TACT ~ N.M.W ~ No Matter what! It's definitely NOT easy by any stretch of the imagination in those early stages of our quits BUT it's absolutely doable AND totally worth it once we get through the roller coaster ride of cravings and moodswings and lack of sleep AND get to that good place in our quits! Our lives deserves so much more than the damned nicotine poison! N.O.P.E ~ Not One Puff Ever ~ Works when applied on a daily basis YAY FOR EACH AND EVERY ONE OF US FOR GIVING OURSELVES THE GIFT OF LIFE! YAY FOR FREEDOM!
