Losing a quit to me especially if we have several months under our belts in my opinion leads me to believe that vigilance was tossed out the window and complacency took over and bam the mind can play dirty tricks on us if we let our guard down because this addiction doesn't care how long we've been done smoking if it can find a way to trick us into just one it will. Always remain on guard and remain vigilant while enjoying our new found freedom, we probably all know long time quitters that's relapsed I have a sister who quit for 7 years and thought that a couple wouldn't hurt and 20 some yrs later after battling breast cancer she now has a little over a year smoke free. N.O.P.E means N.O.P.E and it absolutely works we just need to apply it on a daily basis because S.I.N.A.O - Smoking Is Not An Option .I came across this article a couple of days ago.
He who wants milk should not sit on a stool in the middle of the pasture expecting the cow to back up to him.
If we work our quits we can and will enjoy our lives as Ex smokers because there's definitely life after cigarettes and it's super fantastic, quitting smoking is doable and remaining quit is also very doable but it's up to us individually to grab onto our quits and continue to hold on tight so we can smile at the end of the day and say yay another day WON. ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆
