If you haven't quit smoking yet please make the decision to bite the bullet and do so and if you are struggling please don't throw your quit away because believe it or not life is going to get easier and easier with time under your belt but unfortunately it's going to take some if you stop and think about how many decades upon decades upon decades upon decades that you've smoked then it only stands to reason that it's going to take some time to relearn different ways of dealing with life's issues without the crutch of cigarettes. I smoked for 40 yrs at roughly 30 cigarettes a day and somedays probably more and never in a million years thought I'd ever quit and at times wasn't even sure if I wanted to but finding out that I have mild copd made me realize that I'm not invincible that I could die of cancer or some form of a smoking related illness that could land on oxygen 7/ 24 and I decided to take charge of my life and found this site and got read everything I could find about quitting smoking and Remaining Quit and that's been over 3 glorious yrs ago so please take back your life while you're still vertical and believe me when I say there's definitely life after cigarettes and it's yours for the taking, here's a pic of what I did yesterday afternoon with my daughter and grandson Mason and smoking wasn't even a blimp on my radar even though my daughter Mandy smokes but I'm 100 % dedicated to protect my quit because my life literally depends on It and so does yours and someday I'm praying everyone wises up and bankrupts the tobacco companies each and everyone of them! I better go put some bread in the oven.

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
