Hi all,

Well, I am on another mission to quit smoking (tomorrow). This time, I am going to try the patch. What happened is I was told that, unless I quit smoking and begin to use good coping mechanism and remain stable for awhile, I will not be a suitable candidate for weight loss surgery. So, I am going to start all this tomorrow.
