days without a cigarette. I remember my first couple of weeks, I hung onto this site like I was hanging onto a window ledge by my finger tips. I soaked in all the information and support that I could, there were and are so many kind and supportive people here. I could name the ones I hung onto the closest,you know who you are.
At day seventy the cravings are all but gone and yes, it does get better and it does get easier. I'm not claiming that I have this licked by any stretch,but I can say that I am a none smoker.........that sounds nice doesn't it. Take care, Denny
