I've got an appointment first thing in the morning nothing important but then I thought since I'm out it's a great chance to visit my mother in law at the assisted living facility, then I'll visit my Dad I'll also stop in for a visit with my younger sister, they all live in the same vicinity and with the price of gas it'll be nice to see everyone before heading back home AND the part of all is I don't need any smoke breaks because I don't do that anymore AND that's super fantastic NONE of us has do that anymore! Vigilance is key THE CHOICE is Ours!
