I initially started out with a pack of cigs. I flushed the nasty smokes down THE toilet. I am glad that I did get rid of them.This addiction looks more serious than I thought it would be difficult to tackle. I left my thoughts at the toilet. I can't smoke anymore. I take another day with gratitude that I am here telling my story of addiction. I hope for a good day starting at 4:43 this morning. I am not spitting up blood anymore, thank God. I am healing from surgery. Thanks for listening.
