Okay so today was a strange day for me. I worn the patch all day and I had no cravings for cigarettes today. I honestly didn't stay busy today to keep my mind off of it but for some reason it didn't even cross my mine. But on a bad note I have the worse headache ever!!! I also feel like I'm going to throw up. could this be withdraw symptoms or just me being sick? I hope it goes away soon cause i can't really move to much or i start feeling nauseous.
