I agree with Dale that ex admin probably just doesnt have the man-power to filter through all the crap... if she got banned for something she didnt really do than that sucks, but all she has to do it get a new email address and rejoin, just like it seems others have done, she doesnt need to "clear her name" with admin, its apparent that she has a huge support base here,if anyone knows haw to contact her just tell her to rejoin under a new email address. end of problem. and if there are people here that stir up drama that you dont like, just dont talk to them, end of another problem.

tell her to try with a fake name/ birthday... i didnt use my real info when i made my account (I have a creepy ex that Im always worried will find me when i sign up for these types of things, but thats a whole different story) she should be able to get back on with a new email addy, this site doesnt require social security #'s or home addresses (if it did i wouldnt be using it)

They go by the IP address. Every computer has a distinct internet signature and if that signature is banned, there is nothing she can do but use a different computer.

does that mean that is one person in a household gets banned then everyone that shares that computer does too? that doesnt seem right...

hmmm....I hadn't thought about that factor of it but I do know that some sites ban like that, so if this place uses the IP address to ban....than yeah, I would have to assume others would not be able to log on either.

im pretty sure you can change your ip address by going into the settings and changing the number by 1......or go thru a proxy site......i think they can use different ip addresses

They check the IP address for peoples e-mails if they want..Yeap an Ip address can be changed by going through your router.
