So I couldn't get on the internet all this weekend, which apparently lead some people to believe that I may have given up and smoked. Not at all!!! Not one!!!!!!!! I have been 100% smoke free since the 10th 🙂

And this weekend was full of triggers. I went to a bachelorette party with girls I have known forever....4 out of the group of 9 smoked. And I took a huge risk by drinking....and drank a lot. It was a huge test for me. But I passed!!! It was hard, sure, but not at all as impossible as it used to be. I have gained soooo much support and strength from people here, and I carried it with me when I was out there. It helped a lot. I am gaining a new found strength and insight into myself, and it feels great.

THANK YOU FELLOW QUITTERS, LETS KEEP IT UP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Way To Go!!
You are learning how to handle triggers without a smoke and this weekend seems to me that they were pretty big triggers. I've been finding out with my quit that once you come face to face with a trigger and you over come it, the next time it gets easier to handle and then it's no big deal.
You are doing Great!!!

There ya are! I haven't seen you in a while! But that explains it then. But it is awesome to hear that you stayed strong even though you were faced with a handful of triggers. Especially with it being a party and drinks involved. That's some major will power! I can see you beaming with happiness from here! Keep strong! God Bless!

Hi Bhavna! I'm so happy you made it through some major triggers and came out a winner! Just be careful...sometimes we think we can make it through, but don't tempt yourself too much.

Hi Bhavna - Good for you. You passed a hard test to stay smoke free when others around you are smoking. That shows that you have the determination to succeed. Stay motivated.

It never crossed my mind that you had relapsed. I believe you've got a good quit going! I'm very proud of you for standing strong through the obstacles you had this past weekend! The longer you stick with this, the stronger you get.
