I didn't smoke the whole day and was in a house of smoke and was even in a bar! I was only in the bar for 10 minutes but wow! I did it! I was the DD for them.
Nancy...you sure did do good! It's especially hard to quit when you're around other smokers, so you must be extra strong. It was 2 weeks before I could see my smoking friends. I still don't go out of my way to be near someone who smokes and I'm almost 8 mo. smoke free. You may find this to be true, so watch out. It can really blow a quit.
Thank you everyone! I'm proud of myself too! I do not plan though to do that very often cause there are still little thought that the nicotine monster tells me. But it was a relief to know that I could do it ! Thanks for you comment and encouragement ! Do you ppl get paid for helping others out? Wow , I can not believe the responses.
