Welcome Vicki !! this is a great place to come for support with your quit... and you have a good friend for showing you the way here and supporting you.  ... Just stay smoke free and come here... YOu will learn alot from the suggestion ot those who've been smoke free for a while ... I'm smoke free 19 days now!!  ..I would say good luck but actually its not luck that gets you through this ...its sheer willpower and want of something better for yourself!!! DO IT FOR YOU !!!!!

Yeah, being able to get on here and and either vent, get advice, support, etc is what will make tis work! Honestly, if I didn't have ya'lls support, I would probably be smoking right now!
