Today, when I was at the convenience store buying some food for dinner and for my partner who is in hospital right now, I requested a certain drink, fruit punch, and the person who came with me went to go get it. I was standing at the counter, right in front of the clerk. by myself. the perfect opportunity I had to ask for a tin of pouches. I admittedly thought about it for like 10 seconds. Then, I let the thought go. I didn't do it! I was so proud of myself!
I kept picturing myself asking for Zyn peppermint sixes from the clerk, but I was able to let that go. I was so proud of myself. it was a pivotal moment in my quit.
