I need to start acting like a non-smoker to become one. What do non-smokers do all day? They work, clean, cook, procrastinate, yell, cry, do all that smokers do EXCEPT they don't smoke before, while or after they do it. 

I'm going to keep that mind set today:

"Well of course you don't need a cigarette! You're a non-smoker. What a silly idea! "
