I call foul 38/90

I woke up this morning with the image of smoking in my head.  That's just not fair.  It's morning before coffee.  I cannot formulate a coherent sentance, but my brain has produced a vivid image of smoking a cigarette.  I call foul and demand a referee throw out my brain for unsportsmanlike conduct.

All kidding aside, I was rather suprised.  There were days in the past when the only reason I got up when the alarm went off was so I could have a smoke before driving to work.  I thought I had ridden out that particular trigger, but it appears I still have some time left on the clock for that game.

One day, one morning, one crave at a time

Keep the quit

EVERYTHING regarding nicotine brings a foul, so we expect the unexpected. We must almost anticipate it. Your doing great and i love that you come here and share all of this because it helps us all to be that more vigilant! N.O.P.E.

Yeah I hear ya that Nico dude brain does not play fair.  I think some triggers are tougher to shake than others.  I know my first smoke in the morning was one of my toughest to let go.  Your doing great on day 38.  Keep with your positive self and NOPE and you will find that freedom.

Fantastic !

Nicotine slavery has all " arms and ammunition" to twist the brain.

Brain is now legislator. But nicotine try to turn "The legislator becomes the transgression"

Good to be aware. Well done.

All the best!

I have had a lot of smoking dreams.  I usually wake up and I'm mad at myself for smoking then I realize it was just a dream.  I haven't had one of these dreams in a few weeks, maybe a month now.  I'm at 134 days today.  I think the last month has been pretty clear.  Dreams are just dreams.
