Try to remember the thoughts that caused you to give up your quit, and make a plan NOW what you can do differently this time. You could have blogged "HELP" here, or gone for a walk, or called a friend, or taken slow/deep breaths or............used any of the tools you have in your toolbox.

Glad you are back trying again. You had done so well blogging for help the 2 other times you needed us. I thought you had your quit well in hand. Do you know why you didn't blog us this time? Tell yourself you will blog for help before you buy or smoke any.

@Loretta39410 @We know we can do it. We know it’s gonna be uncomfortable at times but those times are brief if we don’t panic. You can do this. You have done this before. Not one puff no matter what.
@Loretta39410 you didn’t blow it! You had a brief relapse and how you are quitting again. Perseverance is the key! I know how you feel because I was beating myself up over my relapse, but now I’m back and feeling good about my new quit. We can do this my friend!
