I am still smoke free

My quit day was July 28. I left for vacation to visit my sister on August 5th.  I have been spending this time with my smoke free family in the small town of Wheatland, WY. I've had time to destress.  I've had time to enjoy the beauty of Wyoming and I've had the support of family. I'm in no hurry to return to the rat race and heat of AZ.  I do believe I will be returning stronger in my quit.  I have had time to separate myself from the routine and time to examine each of the triggers.  I still must remain aware, stay n this page but I no longer feel overwhelmed. I believe I do have what it takes to face each day smoke free and be happy about that decision.

I do not miss cigarettes.  I pledge to not smoke for the next 24 hours. I regret that I allowed smoking to steal time and health from me and I will not allow that to happen any longer.
