I have not had any slip ups since the first week. I have been walking every day and it has been so beautiful here in Indiana. If you know Indy we have the most unpredictible weather. I have tried to go outside every day even if it is for 10 or 15 minutes. I have walked for the last five days. I have had so many other things on my mind that smoking really hasnt been a priority.
