Well today, it was all about the baby for me. I ate right, my surgar level was great all day and I put in some exercise. I felt good pretty much all day. Now other than the car rides...I was a little antsy, but I am so proud of my self for sticking to my goal and continuing on my journey. Sooo in about an hour or so. I will have went 24 hours w/o a smoke and I can't stop smiling because yesterday I honestly felt like giving up. I just kept thinking about my 2 kids and my unborn child and I was able to push through. I am also happy that my boyfriend that I have been dating/smoking with for the last 8 years has decided to adapt to the changes. While the girls are away for the summer, we owe them a smoke free house. He will NOT and has not smoked around me or in the house. I know it will be hard for him as he has to change a habit he has had for over 21 years, but the best motivation is support, so we are in this together. Also, I am so excited to find out how far along I am this Friday. I'm thinking just over 4 weeks..but who knows.
