Thank you to everyone who messaged me, road the train with me and in any way wished me well on my seven year anniversary.

WOW.

A dear friend here on EX once said…..”I find it hard to imagine Sootie with a cigarette.” Well, unfortunately, just the opposite was true…..sad to say when looking through some pictures the other day…..I ALWAYS had a cigarette. What a shame the time we wasted on those disgusting things.

Newbies……I know you feel you have heard this over and over…….but I must say it again. THIS IS DOABLE. We were ALL where you are now and you CAN be where we are.

To borrow from one of my November 2009 quit friends, Bonnie……..I am now blessed to be where I so desperately always wanted to be……….free from smoking.

Thank you again to each and every one of you….it is an honor to be part of this community.
