I can't believe this!! I have been smoke free for 53 days and loving it!!! I have to be honest I have not had as many cravings as I thoiught I would and I don't miss it at all (ok maybe once in a while)! I am so proud of how far I have come!
Thank you all so much!! It is a great feeling! I never thought I could get past day 3! It can be rough some days, but so worth it. I love telling people I am a non smoker! It still sounds so weird coming from me, but amazing at the same time!
Congratulations you are doing great. Just a word of caution, stay vigilant as nicodemon is very sneaky, I know as about 60+ days of being smoke free I went thru a rough patch. One of the elders here helped save my quit. This may not ever happen but if it does yell for help, other than that enjoy being SMOKE FREE.
Great news but like froguelany said watch your back.. Nicodemon is devious and sneaky and will stop at nothing to get to you. Let him know that you are strong and in charge now!
Thanks all! I am very aware of the nicodemon especially when I am out with friends or with family who are still smoking. I am trying so hard to just walk away and forget about it.
Great job! Each time you laugh off the nicodemon - he just gets weaker and weaker! I started off feeling like I was on a roller-coaster but now at 170 something days - I have leveled out with just an occasional bump in the road! Congratulations!
