Ok so here goes folks I did not check in for a few days and I found myself back to the damn cigs again so now I am back and asking for help to get back on track again please help and I am so sorry to have let you all down, and I was doing so good. I can't get to over confident. I think that is what my problem was then dealing with the death of a dear friend. I need to remember that those things will happen and I need to find a way to stay strong and get through it without the cigs. So this time around I am going to try with using the patches and the nicotine inhaler. I have everything ready to try this again and I will continue until I get it right.
