Back in my early days and weeks of quitting smoking I don't think I ever thought about smiling at each and every Day WON because I was pretty grumpy alot of the time just struggling to get through the roller coaster ride of ups and downs of the cravings and moodswings and lack of sleep, little did I know just how much better life was going to get the longer I was quit BUT by sticking with N.O.P.E ~ Not One Puff Ever and Vigilance N.M.W ~ No Matter what ~ LIFE really does get better and better as an EXer! It's NOT always easy BUT it's sure worth it to be Free! The CHOICE is Ours!
