I Need Sleep Too

Changing my smoking habit is changing my sleep habits.  I haven't slept well in too many days.  The last 48 hours, I have slept only 3.5 hours.  I am so tired and sleepy, but I cannot fall into sleep.  Looks like I will have to visit the sleep site to regain control of my sleep patterns. 😞
