Well not hopeless. I do have hope ,the rest I feel all of those things. I have been struggling with myself since last Thursday. I have given in to the

I am going to give it another try. Tomorrow I am going to put on the patch. I have faith that this will help me. I already smoked today,so i'm afraid to put on the patch today.
