I Had A Dream

It is August of 2009, and it was a year ago this month that I made the decision to stop smoking. I wasn't sure what would happen after quitting, as I am a Type A personality. But I managed to make it through first day, and for me that was a WOW!
I thought if I can make it for one whole day without stuffing a cigarette into my mouth, I can make it through the rest of my life without ever smoking again.
I found this site on the internet and all you wonderful supportive folks to help me make my goal a reality. I am forever grateful for the kind , thoughtful, uplifting words, ---thank you, thank you.
We can all make it with a little help from our friends--:)
