Hello all! I drove 5-1/2 to 6 hours last Thursday and again today. Can you believe I can truly drive a car and NOT SMOKE? Driving is still boring, yet I did it! I am proud of myself. Now I can't say it is easy as you all very well know. There are still some really tough urges. I smelled someone's cigarette smoke when I was at the beach at Great Lakes. That was tough but that urge too went away. The following day, someone was smoking a cigar on the beach. That STUNK! This is a journey that is very difficult at times. I missed all of you and this wonderful website. THANKS for your help! 19 days smoke free!
