   Had the munchies syndrome last night.  Good thing I stocked up on carrots and celery.  Also had to add a toothpick into the situation.  Doesn't taste as good but it helps.

I am with ya'! Think I'm turning orange from all the carrots! Gonna' look like I got a spray on tan! Congrats on the quit! You have sunshine again today? I'm about to go work in the garden. Have a great afternoon!

BE CAREFUL WITH CARROTS ha ha ha did you know they are loaded with sugar.  I didn't believe this myself until I looked it up!  They are good just in moderation not the everyday snack food.  

Also try broccoli or cauliflower with a little bit of dressing yummmmmmmmmy!

Oh yeah...try a cinnamon stick to chew on! I love popcorn and blue corn tortilla chips...xo
