Huge Crave Today

Oh my goodness - I got hit with a tsunami crave today.

Nothing in particular triggered it - just my daily routine - and suddenly I found myself thinking that it was time for a smoke break.  WHAT?  I don't smoke anymore!    But that little cloud followed me around for about 15 minutes or so .  And I never entertained the thought of smoking - but I did try to figure out why it was sticking around like the stinky thought it was!

Never did find the reason.  Don't care why the little devil chose that moment to punch me in the arm .  After I figured out I couldn't figure it out - I just walked away from it.  I left hanging in the kitchen - while I took a walk outside to check out my flower gardens.

4 months really is the magic mark.  It all seems to get a little easier after 4 months.

The urges, they come from out of nowhere.  Stay armed and your best foot forward, never take this addiction for granted, it wants your life.  Great job protecting your quit.
