March 21st was my quit date; that day wasn't so bad, and day 2 wasn't bad either, but days 3 and 4 are really getting to me. I find myself going through the physical and emotional withdrawal symptoms, and am having a hard time. I've tried to refocus and keep myself busy, but the worst times for me are right after a meal, and at bedtime while I'm reading. Any one have any suggestions for forging my way through these cravings? Does it get better day by day? I smoked for 40 years, so am a definite nicotine addict! Any suggestions will be welcome!
