How long has it been again?!

Today I started a job. It was pretty full on busy. But I love it. I currently work temporarily as a childcare assistant. I also just realized I only had two NRT gums, one in the morning and one in the late afternoon. It probably was about 10 hours apart.Usually by the end of the day I've chewed between 4-5 gums. But this time it was different. I am so exausted! LOL! I was so occupied I didn't even have the time to take NRT gum.

88 days without a cigarette. I am happy and reasonably stress free during the day.

I first started smoking in around 2008 after a horrendous break up. I don't know why I did in the first place. I resent this decision to this date. Now I am free and continue to stay off the cigs! I currently work as a kitchenhand and write music!
