How it Works

In the beginning, keep saying NO, as many times as it takes. Say things like "I don't do that anymore, that was the old me!" Keep saying N.O.P.E., as many times as it takes, over and over again, for every craving. Do this, and after some time goes by, you won't have to say NO anymore, because once enough time goes by, YOU WILL NO LONGER ASK THE QUESTION. Keep saying no, and the doubt and hesitation will disappear in time.

Congrats on that two years with no smoking.  I can't even imagine that long yet, but think I'll get two weeks when I go to bed.

Thanks. Keep saying no, and you will get there.
