I am not myself, yet.  It's going to take more time, meds, therapy.  I'm still going through some nasty health problems, but I am trying to have faith.  I apologize that I couldn't come on EX.  That was one of the rules; no cells or computers.  I'm trying to catch up with all of the positive blogs.  I sure do need them!!!

Every time I've blown my quit, it gets much harder to jump back on that horse again and ride.  During my first several months, I was able to jump back on within a day or so.  These past couple of months have been extremely difficult.  It being, there are several reasons why I'm having such a difficult time.  I know that I have to put determination in the lead.  Believe me, I am workimg on it.  There is nothing more than I want is to be a non-smoker for life.

Besides getting myself together and healthy, right at the top of my list, is to become an EX!!!

Thank You All, for the wonderful inspiration and love you've sent me!  My gratitude is overflowing!!!!   Love To All, Deb.
