Well, I am 1 day, 10 hours quit for good. I am so happy about it, but don't enjoy the tiredness and aches and pains I have been getting. But I went to church tonight for bible study and took the kids to AWANA and feel Soooo much better! I had major anxiety getting there, but I prayed to God and He helped me through. So anyways, I have lots to do cause I am going to my aunts for the weekend. She is I think 1 month quit, so she is a good support system for me. Well hope everyone is doing fine.

Good for you Annie! I'm proud of you and sounds like your aunt would be a great one to be around right now too. Hang in there and remember those stupid urges only last about 3 mins so just get busy or go outside and breathe some fresh air when they hit ya.

Hugs,
Carole

Way to go! Great decision you made to quit. I will promise you that it gets better. That tiredness you feel now is nothing to how great you will feel in most likely a few days. My supervisor commented today on how great I've looked and how "chipper" I've been since I quit and I sure do feel like it!
