Had a really bad urge this am since 3am .. it got work rose and worse .. until I honestly lit up a smoke I feel bad but it was relaxing for the moment.. I wanna be honest so I can get better.. what do I do the next time an urge hits like that strong again instead of lighting up a smoke .. it was a old smoke I had given to my bf and he didn’t throw them away.. what are some things I can incorporate instead of that smoke.. just put a new patch on a mint in my mouth.. what to do instead.. since I put down my last smoke a few days ago I haven’t had an urge so bad.. I don’t know what happened this am.. can anyone give me some advice and tips please??  Really could use the support and someone replied to me quitting smoking is like a roller coaster ride very true.. makes sense now.. I wanna move foward not backwards anymore did it for 20. Years of going backwards and I am honestly so tired of it.. Addictive behavior is serious
