Hey all-39 days Smoke free

Last week we had a little scare with my Mom n Law I had to admit her in the hospital. All is well now but It was a hard time. You would think well I am smoke free already 30 days but I still really wanted one and I will admit I still do but I won't I have two beautiful children and I want to stick around.

In the hospital I met a women who is dying because of smoking. I feel so bad but even though she knows she was dying she still smoked in the Hospital bathroom. It just amazes me how powerful this stuff is. They should have never created cigs.

Hang in there!  Sorry about your mother-in-law but that is great you amde it through that without smoking!  That is really stressful early on and unfortunate but you made it through!  I hope she makes it through too.  Good luck and remember nothing is worth smoking over.

Thanks all so very much Mom in law is doing much better and I am still smoke free 53 days now. Its An amazing feeling
