I wanted to let everyone know what has been helping me these last 31 days to stay quit. I have been carrying around mints that come in a small plastic container and I have them in my pocket that I used to carry my cigarettes in, everytime I reach for a smoke I put a mint in. Also I have been chewing on nicotine gum when it really gets bad.  I hope this helps someone who is struggling
