My name is Lori. I quit smoking 21 days ago. I repeat N.O.P.E. daily. Not one puff ever. It isn't easy, since my husband smokes, but I have the support of my kids. While they can be the cause of my daily stress, because they are teens, they are for the most part, my support and strength daily. I intend to be around for them. Every day it is getting easier. I am, and have always been a strong woman, because of what life has thrown at me, and because I'm stubborn and wont stay down, when life puts me down. That was what I learned from my Grandmother, and my Mom, and what i want to have taught my kids as well. I live one day at a time. I thank God for every sunrise, the time spent with my kids each day, and for each sunset.
