I am new to this and just wanted to briefly introduce myself.
 My name is Richard Lusk, 32 years old and I live in Richmond Kentucky. I've quit smoking 5 times in the past but this time I will win this battle :). One thing this website doesn't mention that helps me is (prayer). It relieves the anxiety and allows for extra spiritual help with this fight.
