Happy Valentines Day everyone!!! Today is my first smoke free day. I figured this would be a good day to set because it's heart day. Should be good till about 2 which is normally around the time I have my first smoke. So about noon, I will dawn a patch to help with the cravings I know I will have. It has helped in the past.
